Consultation & Fees
At the The TUKE Firm (‘The 2K Firm’), we believe in upfront pricing for our services. Based on years of experience with billing, client’s often don’t understand or just dislike the uncertainty of how hourly billing works. We seek to alleviate that uncertainty and added stress by providing a FLAT FEE for most of our cases, based on case stages. Without understanding the totality of your case, we cannot quote your particular fee or guarantee any outcome. The attorney will be able to quote you a retainer at the end of the Case Strategy Session. Rest assured that we are on the same side.
Divorce & Family Cases:
Schedule a detailed Case Strategy Session with an attorney to better understand your case and review of relevant documents. Your attorney will provide you a quote for services upon understanding what is at issue.
We offer a customer friendly FLAT FEE option to handle your divorce or family matter. We do not nickle and dime you trying to run up a large bill. That’s not the ‘2K’ Way. Once a Retainer Agreement is executed and fees are paid, we get to work to efficiently get it done.
The case strategy session or an exploratory call DO NOT create an attorney-client relationship. ONLY when both the client and attorney agree upon terms and both sign a written fee agreement has the attorney-client relationship commenced.
Consultation Fees:

One Hour Case Strategy Session = $300

You will be emailed an online intake form to fill out before your scheduled session. This form will provide your attorney an clear overview of your case. We will go over it at the session, go over your question, run child support numbers (if applicable), and advise on what the next steps are. The attorney will quote you a flat fee retainer, based on case stages, that is just right for your matter.
Once retained, we get started quickly and you have a draft to approve within 24-48 hours.
